Update: Live from Digital Now 2008 Day 2
April 25, 2008
So we’re onto Day II of the Digital Now Conference down here in Disneyworld. Day one went off and went very well to say the least. I heard nothing but positive things from the individuals that I spoke to and generally speaking people were happy with the content of the conference thus far. It really hammered home a number of points that organizations wanted to hear about. I had a mild day yesterday, which was busy at times and then relaxing at others. I was doing demo’s all day on Utterz, a live nanoblog site which updates almost instantly. You can update via the Web and also via your cell phone, and you can put audio, text, video and pictures on as well. Additionally, you can link it to your blog so it posts it to your blog when you update your utterz. It’s a pretty cool site and enables you to put up what you want and when you want it, almost instantly. I left around 5:15 or so and went for a quick run, and then later on that night I went over to the Grand Floridian for dinner. Afterwards, I came back and watched the show/fireworks from our balcony. I spent the rest of the night working on my presentation as well as the Demo’s that I’m doing today. The company that I work for, called HotGrinds, is doing a presentation today that I will be a part of. We just came out with our updated Beta site last week and we’re pitching our platform, hopefully we can captivate the audience today.
