Update: Live from Disneyworld

Hey there,

It has been awhile since I last updated my blog but I am now posting live from Orlando Florida, and specifically from my Hotel Room at the Disney World Contemporary Resort. I am here for the next few days wearing two different hats. The first, to represent HotGrinds Inc. which will be presenting our platform HotGrinds, and the second of Fusion Productions, the company hosting the 2008 Digital Now Conference. I have participated in some capacity with the Digital Now conference for the last five years, and each year it gets better and better. This year it has the potential to continue that trend, as it attempts to build off of the momentum of what we built on last year of the development and growth of Web 2.0. This year, there are close to 300 attendees, from large organizations to small universities who are brought together in order to learn and discuss some of the latest and greatest technologies and best practices. In addition to the great lineup of speakers and breakout sessions, there will also be live demonstrations on some of the online applications that have been discussed, such as Twine, Facebook, Utterz! and Whyville. I will be updating my blog at least once a day, so check back to see what is going on at Digital Now 2008.
